Geotechnical Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• Must be local in the northern Tampa FL area - no relocation options available
• 3+ years of current experience as a titled Project Manager for a Geotechnical Construction company
• Experience managing all phases of construction projects
• Experience with project planning and coordination
• Strong time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience with estimating project costs
• Excellent leadership skills, focusing on team collaboration
• Autonomous mentality, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience with BlueBeam, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and One Note

Geotechnical Construction Project Manager Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
• Experience with contract negotiation and compliance within the construction industry
• Experience collaborating with engineers, contractors and vendors
