Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) and active membership in the Florida Bar
• 8-12 years of dedicated construction litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently
• Extensive courtroom experience, including hearings, trials, arbitration, and mediation
• In-depth knowledge of federal and Florida construction law, contract disputes, liens, bond claims, construction defects, and insurance coverage
• Strong negotiation and contract-drafting skills
